Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover purchases from Quiet Deadline, a sole proprietorship based in New York ("Quiet Deadline," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them on behalf of the company you order for.

What we provide

We prepare documents that help U.S. voice providers complete two annual FCC filings:

We are not the FCC, and we are not your lawyer

Quiet Deadline is independent and is not affiliated with the Federal Communications Commission or any government agency. You can make both filings directly with the FCC at no charge.

Our documents are preparation guidance based on public records, your answers and the FCC sources we cite. They are not legal advice, they don't create an attorney-client relationship, and they don't determine whether your company complies with FCC rules. If anything in our documents conflicts with current FCC guidance, the FCC's guidance controls.

Your responsibilities

Filing your CPNI certification

If you buy the March 1 Bundle, you authorize us to submit the signed certification you send us, exactly as signed, in the FCC's Electronic Comment Filing System under EB Docket 06-36, and we'll email you the FCC's confirmation. We submit within one business day of receiving your signed PDF. If it reaches us fewer than two business days before the deadline, we'll still try, but we can't guarantee it will be filed on time, and you may prefer to file it yourself using the steps in your filing guide.

Delivery

We email documents within one business day of your order or, for the CPNI certification, of your completed questionnaire. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Payment and refunds

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are charged when you order. Payments are processed by Stripe. If the worksheet doesn't save you time, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for decisions the FCC makes, for penalties arising from your filings, or for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. Questions: tyler@quietdeadline.com.
